Are your services still available during the COVID-19 crisis?
I am accepting bookings at discounted rates during the current circumstances, but slots will be extremely limited. I will take a number of precautions to maximize your safety, including wearing a mask, maintaining a safe distance, and sanitizing all of my equipment beforehand. I won't have any assistants accompany me and I ask that you refrain from bringing company with you to our set, as well.
Do you require a deposit for just editing/retouching?
No, but I must receive payment before I send you your fully edited images.
How do you accept payments?
I accept Zelle (highly preferred), Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and cash.
What are your rates?
Pictured below are my current rates. Additional edits are $12 per image for all packages. From now until August 31st, I'll be donating 20% of proceeds from all photoshoot bookings to an Armenian-related cause of client's choice.
What if none of these packages work for me?
If none of these packages work for you, submit an inquiry to discuss a different arrangement.
Do I get to choose which images are edited?
Yes, absolutely! After our shoot, I will send you watermarked files of all the photos we took for you to choose from them.
Are there any additional fees?
Additional fees may apply as reimbursement. I ask for reimbursement for travel (beyond LA county), parking fees, admission fees for a given location, etc.
Do you require a deposit for photoshoots?
Yes, I do require a deposit of at least half the cost of your chosen package due at least a week before the scheduled shoot. The deposit secures your booking. I must receive the remainder of the payment before I send you your fully edited images. If you cancel your booking at least 2 days before the scheduled shoot, you will receive a full refund on your deposit. If you cancel any later than that, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you provide unedited images/RAW files as well?
No.
Do you do collaborations?
No, I am not open to collaborations at the moment. I am, however, open to trading services.
Do you provide separate retouching/editing services?
Yes, I do! I charge $12/photo and give a $6 discount for every five photos (i.e. $54 for five photos, $108 for ten photos, etc).
How do I submit photos to you to edit?
Email the high resolution files (preferably RAW) of the photos you want edited to photojene@gmail.com and provide basic instructions that you want me to follow (retouch skin, remove background object, adjust lighting/color, etc.)
